Today I'm at the Evernote Trunk Conference in San Francisco. It's awesome to live here since I get to attend all these amazing events! My first one in SF was for WWDC back in 2010 so it definitely brings back good memories (although food is better here)! I didn't even know this conference was going to take place but my good friend and colleague Rachael invited me last month while I was still in Italy. We are working on a project that might involve the use of the Evernote API and hence attending today. There is quite a few people but there is a nice "familiar" atmosphere which makes it really easy to strike up a conversation and meet new people. It's mainly awesome to chat with people who had a vision of how to use this "neutral" platform and created something on top of it. Turns our the venue is right around the corner from Adobe offices and will therefore have a chance to grab a coffee with awesome Shaz from PhoneGap/Cordova. Later on there will also be a mingle (aka drink) party which is always good!
