I released my first app on the AppStore 122months ago.
Just realized I've been staring at this 20min straight.
Fascinated by realtime "dance" at $10k resistance.
The worst thing you can do in a debrief is say that everything was perfect. That means that you are either blind to your own mistakes or not transparent and afraid to share them.
Pros are just amateurs who know how to gracefully recover from their mistakes.
Don’t be afraid to ask a question that may sound stupid because 99% of the time everyone else is thinking of the same question and is too embarrassed to ask it.
Too much choice can be overwhelming. People would rather buy nothing than choose the wrong option. They'll often walk away if they can't easily figure out the right product to buy or if they're forced to make projections about future costs.
The price you set for a product also influences its perceived value. That’s why people assume that a $50 bottle of wine is better than a $10 one.

LinkedIn’s decision to package some seldom-used features as high-margin “premium” accounts spawned a business line that now makes almost $250 million a year.

Being busy all the time can give us an illusion of productivity which may feel reassuring, but isn’t there a risk we are too busy to enjoy life?
When somebody says Agile, push for Kanban, not Scrum.
When somebody says that “we do Agile” to me, that means that there is a team meeting every two weeks. That’s all that Agile means to me.
Some will get into the difference between two “flavors” of #Agile, #Scrum and #Kanban. As a rule of thumb, Scrum means that “you have to get certain things done with those two weeks.”, Kanban means “do what you can do in two weeks.”
If it’s not explicit to you whether the team follows Scrum or Kanban, you should have that conversation explicitly – and you should push for Kanban.
Given the difficulty of estimation, Scrum can easily mean that you’ll get pressured to work extra hours to complete something within that arbitrary two-week horizon.

You can relieve stress by making decisions and taking actions.
We cant go back to the world we knew months ago.
That world no longer exists.
We are entering into a new normal.
We don't know what new normal will look like because we are determining it right now.
The choices we make right now will define the world that is emerging.
Unresolved grief is what is currently hurting many people.
We are in grief because we've lost a way of life.
The sooner we can acknowledge and embrace the 5 stages of grief the sooner we can go through them.
